Nicolas Le Luyer and Joachim Arzur
Our head chef, Nicolas Le Luyer, is attached to his home region of Brittany and its wonderful produce, and has worked here alongside the Le Meur family since 2009. He has been in charge of the restaurant since April 2013. He creates delicious masterpieces in perfect harmony with pastry chef Joachim Arzur, who has his fair share of experience at some highly rated establishments and has garnered numerous awards.
