On the ground-floor of the hotel, the Castel Beau Site restaurant invites you to discover the most wonderful flavours of Breton cuisine. Savour chef Nicolas Le Luyer’s dishes as you gaze out at the sea, rose-tinted rocks and the towers of Costaérès Castle that you can just about make out on the island floating in front of the hotel.

He and his brigade work behind the stoves to offer diners the very best culinary experience. Here you will discover dishes inspired by the Breton and French traditions in a space that is chic but not stuffy as you gaze at the landscape that expands outwards. Married with intelligence and taste, the produce will overwhelm your palate with a veritable taste sensation.

A chef turned towards the sea
Born in Guingamp, Nicolas Le Luyer is Breton through-and-through. Since joining Castel in 2013, he has tirelessly showcased produce from his native region. Trained at Saint-Quay-Portrieux and with experience in several restaurants in Trégor, he knows just where to find the very best produce from the land and the sea which he loves to work into and flaunt in his dishes.
Snacks
Chef Nicolas Le Luyer presents a light and fresh menu entirely composed of locally sourced produce so you can enjoy a simply yet tasty lunch. Salads, oysters from Trégor, cheeses from Bordier, beef tartare, fish & chips, burgers, sandwiches and more are served on the terrace or bar every day of the week.
