Taste Brittany on a plate

On the ground-floor of the hotel, the Castel Beau Site restaurant invites you to discover the most wonderful flavours of Breton cuisine. Savour chef Nicolas Le Luyer’s dishes as you gaze out at the sea, rose-tinted rocks and the towers of Costaérès Castle that you can just about make out on the island floating in front of the hotel.

The restaurant at Castel Beau Site has a name that stirs up memories, a nostalgia for traditional French cuisine that chef Nicolas Le Luyer makes it his point of honour to elevate. He and his brigade work behind the stoves to offer diners the very best culinary experience.

Here you will discover dishes inspired by the Breton and French traditions in a space that is chic but not stuffy as you gaze at the landscape that expands outwards. Married with intelligence and taste, the produce will overwhelm your palate with a veritable taste sensation.

Every lunchtime from 12pm to 2pm.
Every evening from 7:30pm to 9pm.

A chef turned towards the sea

Born in Guingamp, Nicolas Le Luyer is Breton through-and-through. Since joining Castel in 2013, he has tirelessly showcased produce from his native region.

Trained at Saint-Quay-Portrieux and with experience in several restaurants in Trégor, he knows just where to find the very best produce from the land and the sea which he loves to work into and flaunt in his dishes.

The lunch

Chef Nicolas Le Luyer presents a light and fresh menu entirely composed of locally sourced produce so you can enjoy a simply yet tasty lunch. Salads, oysters from Trégor, cheeses from Bordier…

Served on the terrace or in the restaurant every lunchtime from 12pm to 2pm

The Bar

A DRINK WITH A SEA VIEW

Located opposite the reception, the bar is the perfect place to relax during the day or whet your appetite. As you perch on wicker stools, your elbow resting on the wood, you can totally relax and enjoy your drink, breathing in the beach that extends from the foot of the hotel.

With over 40 grand crus of Champagne on its list, the Castel bar boasts one of the finest cellars on the Pink Granite Coast. A wonderful place to have a wonderful time in front of the sea.
