Faq’s

– CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before your arrival. If you cancel 72 hours before your arrival, you will be charged for the first night. If you do not show, you will be charged for the first night. If you leave early, you must let us know 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged for the night.

– DO I NEED TO HIRE A CAR?
We recommend you hire a car so that you have the freedom to travel around. However, we can organise for transport to pick you up and drop you off at the station or airport, and put you in contact with chauffeurs. The immediate surroundings can be easily explored by bike, which you can hire from Ploumanac’h.

– WHERE CAN I PARK?
Our private, secure car park is available to hotel guests: Reservation required from 1 May to 31 October (number of spaces limited). 15€ per night. Without reservation and if our car park is full, the “Saint Guirec” public car park (5 minutes’ walk from the hotel) will be charged from 1 July to 31 August.

– WHAT ARE YOUR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
Your room will be available from 4pm. You must leave your room before 11am on your day of departure.

– CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?
Yes, depending on availability. Please ask at reception.

– CAN DISABLED PEOPLE STAY IN THE HOTEL ?
Our hotel is pleased to wlecome any people with disabilities. We propose several rooms especially adapted for people with reduced mobility (Premium Lateral category) and wheelchair and our staff is made aware to welcome any people with disabilities.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE ELECTRIC CHARGING STATIONS?
Yes, 2 charging stations are available to our guests upon prior reservation.

– IS THERE AN INTERNET CONNECTION?
Free wifi is available.

– WHAT SERVICES ARE THERE IN THE ROOMS?
All our guestrooms are equipped with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a safe, TV, Bose station, espresso machine and a desk.

– DO YOU OFFER HYPOALLERGENIC PILLOWS?
We do not have any hypoallergenic pillows.

– CAN I SMOKE?
Smoking is prohibited in the guestrooms and other hotel spaces, but you may smoke outside.

– HOW OFTEN ARE THE TOWELS AND BED LINEN CHANGED?
Towels and bed linen are changed every other day. Please let us know if you would like them to be changed more frequently.

– HOW OFTEN ARE THE GUESTROOMS CLEANED?
Guestrooms are cleaned daily between 10am and 3pm.

– CAN I BRING MY PET?
Yes, for an extra €15 charge. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

– IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE GUESTROOMS?
No, guestrooms do not have air conditioning.

– IS THE JACUZZI HEATED?
The outdoor jacuzzi is heated to 37°C.

– HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION AT THE RESTAURANT?
By asking at reception, email, telephone or at the restaurant (depending on availability).
