Corporate Social Responsibility at Castel Beau Site
Corporate Social Responsibility at Castel Beau Site
The H8 Collection group and the Castel Beau Site team are convinced that the luxury of tomorrow must be sustainable. That is why our establishment has initiated an ambitious CSR approach, recognized by a B-grade environmental label and the Green Key label, as well as by a regulatory CSR audit conducted under the supervision of Green Dreams.
Our commitment touches every aspect of our business: resource management, responsible purchasing, raising guest awareness, and supporting the local economy. This page presents our certifications, our concrete actions, and our vision for responsible hospitality, rooted in the Pink Granite Coast.
Always preparing for tomorrow
Always preparing for tomorrow
While our teams focus every day on preparing for the night ahead, our vision extends a little further. To provide the exceptional stay you expect from our group's hotels, our philosophy is built on three pillars: respect for the environment, support for the local economy, and the well-being of our teams and guests. We are convinced that these three dimensions are inseparable for sustainable hospitality.
Respect for the environment, first of all, because we are fortunate to operate in an exceptional natural setting, the Pink Granite Coast, and it is our duty to preserve it, notably through actions such as waste collection on Saint-Guirec beach. Support for the local economy, secondly, because we are deeply rooted in our territory, as evidenced by our partnerships with local and committed artists, suppliers, and service providers. Finally, the well-being of our teams and our clients, because a successful experience requires fulfilled men and women, as highlighted by our Peace & Work label, for which we have achieved Gold status.

Our environmental actions on the Pink Granite Coast
Our environmental actions on the Pink Granite Coast
Since its inception, the H8 Collection group has considered the territory that hosts its establishments to be as important as the establishment itself. The region, the heritage, and especially the nature that surrounds it are integral parts of the experience we offer. This is why, fully aware of the climate challenges, we take concrete action: water flow reducers, steam machines for maintenance, monthly monitoring of our consumption, as well as partnerships with the Ligue pour la Protection des Oiseaux (LPO) in Île-Grande and UNISOAP for soap recycling.
We believe that luxury only makes sense if it is reasoned. A sustainable model must be synonymous with balance and resource management. Everyone's stay on our planet will be all the better for it.

Our environmental approach is based on two complementary distinctions. The environmental label, obtained with a B rating from FairMoove Solutions (formerly Betterfly Tourism), first allowed us to assess our practices and identify areas for improvement. A few years later, we obtained the Green Key label, which validates the concrete and sustainable implementation of these improvements. This international label evaluates three pillars: resource management (water, energy, waste), responsible purchasing (committed or local products and suppliers), and the living environment and awareness (among our teams and our guests). In 2026, a regulatory CSR audit conducted with Green Dreams completed our approach and confirms our commitment.
The Labruyère Group's commitment
The Labruyère Group's commitment
In 2018, H8 Collection continued its development with the arrival of the Labruyère group as an investor. Rooted for four generations in France's greatest wine regions (from Beaujolais to Burgundy, Bordeaux to Champagne), the Labruyère family cultivates an entrepreneurial vision based on high standards, expertise, conviviality, and responsibility. These strong values, inherited from their lands, are applied to ambitious and diverse projects, of which H8 Collection is now a part. As such, Castel Beau Site benefits from this collective momentum while leading its own initiatives. The Labruyère group also supports initiatives such as the Employee Award, allowing our teams to propose and vote for a humanitarian project, as well as the partnership with UNISOAP, strengthening our commitment to solidarity.

FAQs
FAQs
What is the Green Key label at Castel Beau Site?
The Green Key label is an international distinction that rewards tourism establishments committed to sustainable development. Our hotel in Perros-Guirec is audited on three key areas: resource management, responsible purchasing, and raising awareness among both our staff and our guests.
What is the difference between the environmental label and the Green Key certification?
The environmental label, for which we received a B rating from FairMoove Solutions, was our first step in measuring our practices and identifying areas for improvement. The Green Key certification, awarded a few years later, confirms that these improvements have been implemented in a concrete and sustainable way in our day-to-day operations.
What concrete actions are you taking for the environment in Brittany?
On the Pink Granite Coast, we have installed water flow restrictors, replaced cleaning products with steam cleaners, and formed partnerships with UNISOAP and the Ligue pour la Protection des Oiseaux Île-Grande. Furthermore, our consumption is monitored on a monthly basis.
How does the hotel support its staff and the local economy?
Our social commitment is recognized by the Peace & Worklabel, Goldstatus. We host students from local hospitality schools for internships and apprenticeships, collaborate with artists and local disability-inclusive organizations, and implement a responsible purchasing policy.
