Our cancellation policy depends on the timing and the type of rate booked. For cancellations made more than 7 days before your arrival, the 50% deposit will be fully refunded or kept as a credit for a future stay, valid for one year. However, cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

For non-refundable and non-changeable bookings, the full amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking and cannot be refunded. In the event of a no-show, the deposit is retained and your credit card will be charged for the remaining 50%, resulting in a penalty equal to 100% of the total amount. Finally, any early departure will result in the loss of the deposit paid, plus an additional charge for one night at your booking rate.

To explore the Pink Granite Coast and its surroundings at your own pace, we recommend renting a car. However, several alternatives are available: taxis to or from the train station and airport upon request, taxi referrals, and nearby bicycle rentals for discovering the immediate area, such as the Pink Granite Coast or Saint-Guirec beach.

Regarding parking, our private, secure car park is reserved for hotel guests and must be booked in advance. It costs €15 per night from April 1st to October 31st, and €10 per night from November 1st to March 31st. If our car park is full, the public Saint-Guirec car park, located a 5-minute walk away, charges a fee from July 1st to August 31st.

Your room is available from 4 pm on the day of your arrival, and we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 am on the day of departure. These times allow us to prepare each room with the utmost care for the guests who follow.

We are also delighted to welcome guests with disabilities. We have adapted rooms within the Premium Side View category, and all our staff are trained to meet your specific needs. Yes. The village of Ploumanac'h, its harbour and its beach are just a few steps from the house. The customs officers' path (sentier des douaniers) begins a few metres from our hotel, and the Pink Granite Coast can then be explored by car or by boat. For views from the sea, you will of course need to check boat departure times, and our reception team will be happy to help.

Yes. Our reception team will gladly arrange private transfers, by taxi or with a driver, to Perros-Guirec, Lannion station or the restaurants along the coast. Simply give us the destination and the time, and the vehicle will be waiting in front of the hotel. Your return can be arranged at your convenience.

Yes. Ordered the day before, a picnic from our kitchens will accompany you along the trails or to a secluded cove: mixed salads, sandwiches, dessert and drinks, packed in a basket ready to go. Our reception team can also recommend good restaurants along your way.

Of course. Your room must be vacated by 11 am, but your luggage is still welcome: reception will keep it safe until you actually leave, and our team will gladly carry it to your vehicle. The perfect excuse for one last walk with your feet in the water.

For the most part, no: beaches, trails and villages can be enjoyed as your days unfold. Some experiences are nevertheless worth booking, such as a boat trip, a dinner overlooking the cove or seasonal visits. Our team will gladly take care of it for you.
