Our cancellation policy depends on the timing and the type of rate booked. For cancellations made more than 7 days before your arrival, the 50% deposit will be fully refunded or kept as a credit for a future stay, valid for one year. However, cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

For non-refundable and non-changeable bookings, the full amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking and cannot be refunded. In the event of a no-show, the deposit is retained and your credit card will be charged for the remaining 50%, resulting in a penalty equal to 100% of the total amount. Finally, any early departure will result in the loss of the deposit paid, plus an additional charge for one night at your booking rate.

Yes, it is certainly possible to extend your stay, subject to room availability beyond your originally booked dates. Please contact our front desk as soon as you have decided, so our team can check availability and arrange your extension as smoothly as possible.

To explore the Pink Granite Coast and its surroundings at your own pace, we recommend renting a car. However, several alternatives are available: taxis to or from the train station and airport upon request, taxi referrals, and nearby bicycle rentals for discovering the immediate area, such as the Pink Granite Coast or Saint-Guirec beach.

Regarding parking, our private, secure car park is reserved for hotel guests and must be booked in advance. It costs €15 per night from April 1st to October 31st, and €10 per night from November 1st to March 31st. If our car park is full, the public Saint-Guirec car park, located a 5-minute walk away, charges a fee from July 1st to August 31st.

Your room is available from 4 pm on the day of your arrival, and we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 am on the day of departure. These times allow us to prepare each room with the utmost care for the guests who follow.

We are also delighted to welcome guests with disabilities. We have adapted rooms within the Premium Side View category, and all our staff are trained to meet your specific needs. Please do not hesitate to contact us before your stay so that we can arrange your welcome in the best possible conditions.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property, and two charging stations for electric vehicles are available for our guests, by prior reservation. All our rooms are equipped with an open-plan bathroom, a safe, a television, a Bose sound system, and an espresso machine. Our housekeeping team cleans the rooms daily between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., and bed linens and towels are changed every two days, or upon request if you would like them changed more frequently.

All of our pillows are currently hypoallergenic and feather-free. Finally, smoking is prohibited in the rooms and throughout all buildings, but remains permitted outdoors.
